VladCity
1,363 buildings, each with a set price in ETH on Robinhood Chain. Own one and it distributes the tokenized stock it houses.
Buying
Every building has a price the city set before launch, from 0.0229 ETH for a townhouse out in the Heights to 2.0787 ETH for a landmark tower downtown. The price comes from floorspace and district, so two identical buildings on the same street cost the same. Nothing is auctioned and nothing is bid up.
The whole table — every id, price, payout token and payout rate — is committed on chain as a single Merkle root. Buying proves your row against that root in the same transaction that pays for it. The contract cannot be talked into accepting a price the city did not set, and the table cannot be edited quietly, because editing it changes the root in public.
What a building pays
Buildings distribute stock, not a percentage. A building houses one company, and it hands its owner that company’s tokenized shares at a fixed rate per day — larger buildings house more of the company and so distribute more. What you see on a building’s panel is the rate, in units of the token per day.
The tokens are Robinhood’s own stock tokens, live on Robinhood Chain. They are not wrappers minted by this project; the addresses below are the real ones, and every one of them was read back off the chain.

Distributions are paid out of what the city holds of each token. The contract pays what it actually has and advances the clock only as far as it paid, so an underfunded token leaves the rest claimable rather than lost — and a building can never pay out stock the city never funded.
Selling
A building you own is yours to list at whatever you want, in ETH. The city takes 5% of a resale and nothing on a first sale. Claim before you sell: unclaimed distributions do not travel with the building, because the clock resets when it changes hands so the buyer cannot claim for time they did not own it.
What this is not
The tokens a building distributes are Robinhood’s tokenized stocks and carry whatever rights and restrictions Robinhood attaches to them — this project issues nothing and promises no return. A building is a position in a game whose payouts are funded by the city; it is not a share, a fund, a claim on a company, or advice to buy anything. The contract is not audited.
The chain
Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663, an Arbitrum Orbit network whose gas token is ETH. Connecting a wallet on the city page adds it if your wallet has never seen it. Blocks and transactions are on the explorer.
